From North - Entering Plymouth on the A38, take the sliproad sign-posted Plympton (B3416), at the T junction turn right entering Plympton, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Sandy Road (B3416 - signposted Langage Business Park), at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Glen Road (B3416 - signposted Chaddlewood District Centre), at the next junction turn right (continuing on Glen Rd), at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Strode Road (B3417 - signposted Newnham Ind Estate), at the roundabout (opposite ATS) take the 2nd exit onto Newnham Road (B3417), Newnham Park is approx 1/2 mile on your left.
